Nonprofit Roadmap to Success: The Nonprofit Roadmap to Success was created to help new and flegling nonprofit organizations define goals and develop a roadmap to reach their objectives.
Transforming Board Practices: The training modules (below) are designed to teach the principles of good governing and ethical practice for nonprofit organizations and their Board of Directors. The curriculum, “Transforming Board Practice” is the result of an NC State University interdisciplinary partnership between the Institute for Nonprofits and Cooperative Extension. Its purpose is to improve the efficacy of boards of directors of nonprofit organizations throughout the State of North Carolina by encouraging a culture of inquiry among board members and generating robust and honest discussion of all issues and concerns affecting their organization.
