Renee Strnad

I am the state coordinator for the environmental education curriculum, Project Learning Tree. In this role, I help promote the PLT curriculum across the state and keep a group of facilitators trained and current with educational trends. PLT workshops are provided to the general public, school-district wide, at individual schools, and within college classrooms for both preservice education students and environmental science majors. I also work locally and national to expand the reach and knowledge of environmental education through activities on various committees and task forces. I also provide support to 4-H agents and volunteer leaders that would like to incorporate activities and learning around forests and wildlife with their clubs and 4-Hers.
